and volunteers of the Company who need access to the information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by the Company from
its office in the state of California. By accessing this Site, you
and the Company agree that all matters relating to your access to
or use of this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of
the State of California, without regard to the conflicts of laws
principles thereof. You and the Company also agree and hereby submit
to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in either the Sacramento
County Superior Court for the State of California or the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of California, as has subject
matter jurisdiction over the dispute.
